Revenue Cycle Analyst

About the role

Responsible for managing and optimizing revenue cycle processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient accounts receivable and insurance claims processing.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Resolve billing disputes and inquiries from patients and payers.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve patient flow and reduce denials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare coding and reimbursement guidelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Experience with revenue cycle software such as Epic, Cerner, or Practice Fusion.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
