What you'll earn
- $23–$26/hr, plus:
- Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
- 3 weeks paid time off
- Your choice of schedule: five 8-hour days Mon–Fri on-site, or four 9-hour days Mon–Thu on-site with a 4-hour remote Friday (flex Friday available after 90 days)
- Casual dress code
- Ongoing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) training in a supportive team
What you'll do
- You'll own a set of accounts end to end — managing accounts receivable, submitting and following up on insurance claims and denials, and resolving billing issues so financial operations keep running smoothly.
- Day to day, you'll post payments, handle charge entry, and provide direct client support.
- You'll also prepare monthly reports that help the team make informed decisions, and pitch in on general office tasks as the work calls for it.
What you'll need
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn new practice management and billing software
