Revenue Cycle Agent (Dental Biller)

Location: Melville Headquarters Office - 105 Maxess Rd., N107 Melville, NY 11747

Schedule

Full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)

Pay

$25/HR - $30/HR

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors
• Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts
• Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answering phones as needed, and responding to emails
• All other administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements

• Previous experience with dental billing/insurance AR (PPO)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Highly organized, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in English with strong interpersonal communication skills
• Confident working digitally, computer savvy
• Resume must demonstrate stable employment history
