About the Role
Ensures that all revenue source documents flow throughout the accounting system to the General Ledger in an appropriate and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations, including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Customer Identification requirements.
- Perform audits of Table Games and Casino Cash Cage documentation to ensure revenue is properly accounted for and reported.
- Audit records for compliance with the casino’s internal controls related to applicable departments.
- Audit Table Games requests for fill/credit and fill/credit transactions.
- Pull Slot audit tickets from all machines and provide data entry for computerized spreadsheets.
- Record hard meter readings on a weekly basis.
- Enter and reconcile Slot payoffs by cashier.
- Generate daily reports and investigate large audit variances.
- Track Manual Slot voucher slips.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to use 10-key with data entry experience.
- Ability to communicate in English.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
- Stand, move, and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1.5 miles and climbing stairs.
- Sit at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.
- Work in a smoke-filled environment.
- Moderate noise level in the office environment; noise escalates in the casino environment.
- Grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
- Sufficient dexterity to use office equipment, including computers, calculators, and multi-line telephones.
