Revenue Auditor - Bossier City

Responsibilities

• Verifies different revenue streams derived from gaming operations like Video Lottery Terminal Operations, Slot-Jackpots, Table Games, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Main Cage, ATM/TRU Machines and other revenue and documentation as generated by various departments.
• Issues exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures, Lottery regulations and Federal and State laws.
• Analyzes and creates spreadsheets, complies with all company policies and procedures, Lottery regulations and Federal and State laws.
• Audits shift reports for all areas of gaming operations.
• Audits the issue, retention, and transmittal of various regulatory forms such as W2G’s, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARC), and Currency Transactions Reports (CTR).
• Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least two (2) years related experience.
• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 21 years old, high school diploma or equivalent and have the ability to obtain appropriate gaming license.

Skills

• Adequate Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to communicate across all levels of the organization, including state regulators, and governmental institutions such as IRS and FINCEN.
• The ability to read, speak and effectively communicate ideas in English.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret spreadsheets.
• The ability to make independent decisions and recommendations.
• Strong organizational, planning and communication and PC skills.
• Knowledgeable in creating and analyzing spreadsheets or similar data reporting.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
