Revenue Auditor - Bossier City

Responsibilities

• Verify different revenue streams derived from gaming operations like Video Lottery Terminal Operations, Slot-Jackpots, Table Games, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Main Cage, ATM/TRU Machines and other revenue and documentation as generated by various departments.
• Prepare and present necessary reports for all areas of gaming operations to satisfy both Company and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present issues exception reports for violations of company policies and procedures, Lottery regulations and Federal and State laws.
• Analyze and create spreadsheets, comply with all company policies and procedures, Lottery regulations and Federal and State laws.
• Audit shift reports for all areas of gaming operations.
• Audit the issue, retention, and transmittal of various regulatory forms such as W2G’s, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARC), and Currency Transactions Reports (CTR).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Adequate Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate across all levels of the organization, including state regulators, and governmental institutions such as IRS and FINCEN.
• Ability to read, speak, and effectively communicate ideas in English.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret spreadsheets.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills and PC skills.
• Knowledgeable in creating and analyzing spreadsheets or similar data reporting.
• Team player.
