The role
This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of pipeline generation and talent — two of the most critical inputs to Sequence's growth. You'll build the foundation of our outbound motion and own our GTM hiring, working hand-in-hand with our Founding Revenue Team and founders to book meetings, build pipeline, and bring the best GTM talent into the business.
What you'll do
- RevenueBook meetings with target customers via email, LinkedIn, social, and any channel where you can best reach our finance and RevOps leaders
- Work closely with our Account Executives and marketing team across strategic development initiatives
- Represent Sequence at industry events and conferences across the US
- Develop our brand through ongoing content across social media channels
- Think outside the box: what are the non-obvious ways to rise above the noise and reach our target customers?
Talent
- Own end-to-end hiring for our GTM roles — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates
- Partner directly with our founders to define ideal candidate profiles and build repeatable hiring processes from scratch
- Proactively source top GTM talent through recruitment agencies, events, and creative outreach
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the Sequence brand
- Feed learnings from the market back to the founding team to sharpen our employer positioning

- On Target Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000 (Base: $60-$80K)
