Revenue Analyst

Pax8 is hiring a Revenue Analyst in the United States to transform revenue data into strategic insights that accelerate growth, improve profitability, and support smarter business decisions across our AI-powered marketplace. About the role

As a Revenue Analyst, you'll help uncover the stories behind the numbers, turning complex data into meaningful recommendations that guide leadership decisions. You'll play a critical role in helping leaders understand what's driving business performance and where future opportunities exist as Pax8 continues its AI and data-driven transformation.

Responsibilities

• Uncover the drivers behind revenue performance, profitability, retention, and business growth.
• Analyze trends across bookings, margins, partner performance, productivity, and commercial outcomes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support forecasting, target setting, and strategic planning by providing data-backed recommendations and performance insights.
• Create executive-ready reporting, presentations, and dashboards that enable leaders to make informed decisions quickly.
• Monitor critical business indicators and evaluate the health of growth initiatives, customer segments, and commercial programs.
• Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Strategy, and Sales leaders to translate data into action.
• Improve analytical rigor by validating data quality, documenting methodologies, and ensuring consistency across reporting practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience turning commercial or financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Enjoy solving complex business questions and identifying the factors driving performance outcomes.
• Proven experience supporting forecasting, planning, performance reviews, or strategic decision-making.
• Ability to confidently communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working with large datasets and translating analysis into clear business stories.
• Advanced spreadsheet and analytical capabilities, including modeling, trend evaluation, and performance analysis.
• Practical experience with data extraction and validation tools, including SQL or similar technologies.
• Understanding of concepts such as forecasting, scenario planning, segmentation analysis, and root-cause investigation.
• Curiosity about emerging analytical techniques, AI-enabled insights, and modern business intelligence approaches.
• Valid right to work in the United States.

Pay

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $67,270 to $96,100 or more depending on experience.
