Revenue & Accounting Operations Controller

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance of the order-to-cash processes
• Optimize ASC606-compliant revenue recognition workflows
• Collaborate with Data Analytics on revenue data alignment
• Establish KPIs on billing accuracy and cash conversion
• Build systems supporting SaaS business models like subscriptions
• Lead system integrations to enhance scalability and data integrity
• Drive operational readiness for new products and pricing models

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in revenue and accounting operations, ideally in a SaaS or tech company
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including subscription billing
• Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems (e.g., NetSuite, Payfac)
• Strong data analysis skills with large data sets
• Proven success in leading and scaling teams within fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of ASC 606 revenue standard
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Pay

$130,000 – $160,000 annually
