Pennant Services, Inc. seeks a talented and energetic Revenue Accounting Resource (Revenue Accountant II). This candidate will play a key role in our growing company, as it serves the needs of our rapidly expanding health care services client base across the United States.
Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of relevant experience in an accounting function is required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA not required, but highly encouraged
- Proficiency in Excel, advanced functions, Power Query, SQL, and data validation
- Strong team player and leader, highly motivated
- Able to work some off-hours necessary to complete the close process
- Healthcare experience a plus
Skills
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate large accounting, financial, and operational data sets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong experience preparing, reviewing, and enhancing complex balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain and monitor applicable SOX controls including documentation and testing
- Support internal and external audits through preparation of reconciliations, control evidence, and requested documentation
