About the role
Game Day Staff are responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival at the Tailgate gate with unsurpassed hospitality. Game Day Staff assist in maintaining a clean and guest-friendly space throughout the Club before, during, and after the game. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the athletics hospitality industry.

- Greet guests upon arrival at the Tailgate with exceptional hospitality
- Maintain a clean and guest-friendly space before, during, and after the game
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work all Rutgers University home football games
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess a team player mentality
- Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces
Work Environment
- Fast-paced conditions during live events
- Frequent interaction with fans and large groups
- Long periods of standing and constant movement around the event venue are expected on event days
