Rev Ops Analyst
Switchboard is seeking a Rev Ops Analyst for Yooz, a global leader in cloud-based AP and purchase-to-pay automation. This individual contributor role focuses on making Yooz's go-to-market data visible, reliable, and actionable, reporting directly to the VP of Rev Ops.

Responsibilities
- Reporting & Dashboard Ownership
- Build, own, and continuously improve the GTM reporting suite covering pipeline coverage, velocity, conversion rates, lead volume, source attribution, and rep performance.
- Design and maintain executive-level dashboards for weekly and monthly business reviews, QBRs, and forecast calls.
- Surface insights from sales conversations and activity data, connecting them to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Standardize metric definitions and calculation logic across all reports with clear documentation for reproducibility.
- Partner with the VP of Rev Ops to proactively build views that help Sales, SDR, and CS leadership manage their teams.
- Identify gaps in existing reporting and drive new dashboard build-out as the business scales.
- Data Hygiene
- Own the hygiene of pipeline and lead data across GTM systems of record.
- Build and monitor hygiene checks that surface stale opportunities, missing required fields, duplicate records, and stage-skipping anomalies.
- Establish and maintain data standards and validation practices, working with system owners and team leads to enforce them.
- Conduct regular data audits ahead of forecast calls, QBRs, and board reporting cycles.
- Identify upstream data quality issues and partner with relevant owners to resolve them at the source.
- Documentation & Enablement
- Create and maintain clear documentation for reports and dashboards, including metric definitions and interpretation guides.
- Build simple user guides and quick-reference materials to reduce reliance on one-off data pulls.
- Support new hire onboarding on relevant reporting tools and dashboards.
- Gather user feedback and iterate on documentation and dashboard design.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A/financial analysis, quota-carrying sales, or a related analytical or GTM role.
- Advanced Excel skillset, including pivot tables and regression analysis.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or a similar data visualization tool preferred.
- Ability to design clean, intuitive, and purpose-built reporting for its audience.
- Comfortable translating data into clear business narratives.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple reporting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to Sales Managers and senior leadership.
- Direct experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred.

$120K - $150K
Schedule
Remote if outside the Dallas metro area. Hybrid (3 days a week) within the Dallas metro. US work authorization required; sponsorship not available.
