Reuben's Brews Brand Ambassador
Position Summary
The Reuben's Brews Brand Ambassador will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for running in-store tastings, pouring at festivals and events, and representing Reuben's beer and Party On non-alcoholic line at various community events. This role is crucial for turning a first taste into a customer and working closely with the sales team and wholesaler partners.
About the Role
Reuben's Brews is a family-owned brewery founded in 2012. Known for its innovative approach and dedication to quality, Reuben's Brews has won numerous awards and distributes its beer throughout the Pacific Northwest. In 2025, they brewed 24,000 barrels of beer.
Duties
- Running in-store tastings at grocery stores, bottle shops, and specialty retailers across Puget Sound
- Pouring and sampling at festivals, events, and community activations
- Representing the full Reuben's portfolio and knowing all products well
- Setting up and breaking down equipment and merchandising products
- Accurately reporting data after every shift
- Building and maintaining relationships with store staff, beer buyers, event organizers, and wholesaler reps
- Transporting product, equipment, and signage safely to and from activations
- Helping out across sales and potentially taproom events when needed
The Successful Candidate
- An infectious positivity
- Retail demo, beverage, hospitality, or events experience is a plus but not required
- Reliability - availability on weekends and some evenings, minimum two shifts per week
- Valid Washington driver's license and a clean driving record required
- MAST permit and Washington Food Worker Card required, or willing to obtain within two weeks
- Passion for craft and a commitment to Reuben's success
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- Part-time, in-person and mobile role
- $25 per hour
