Returns Associate, 1st Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Returns Associate to join our team. In this role, you will process returned shipments from customers in a timely manner and analyze product condition to determine final disposition. In addition, the position requires managing communication within the team to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle return items based on standard process and procedures.
• Resolve disposition of product that has been returned.
• Work in FIFO order to ensure SLA’s are met
• Ensure good communication within the team to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and support the customer service team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work on your feet for long periods (8 to 10 hours).
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with the following: dust, heat, coolness and humidity
• Flexible and Dependable
• Multi-Tasker willing and ready to perform any job necessary
• Planner-manages time well
• Highly organized
• Attention to detail
