1st Shift Receiving Associate

Based in Medina, Ohio, with additional facilities across the U.S., Nelsen serves professional dealers nationwide and globally. Responsibilities

• Process orders: use software/pick tickets to pull items, pack for shipment or stage for Production, and verify accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review.
• Manage logistics and inventory: determine shipping methods, quality-check and label products, receive incoming deliveries, resolve inventory discrepancies, and report damaged items.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance, restock and rotate product, and adhere to safety standards.
• Address unsafe conditions immediately and report them to management.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, and safety experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, including scanner use.
• Ability to lift, lower, and slide 50–70 pounds.
• Basic computer literacy with keyboard skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all team levels.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

High-reach forklift experience is a plus.

Pay

Starting at $20.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities.
