Retreat manager – live in position in Black Mountains – Wales

About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated person to manage a busy retreat centre. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided as part of the salary. The role is open to a job share if in a couple with combined skills.

Responsibilities

• Be on call some weekends
• Grounds maintenance and general upkeep
• Oversee housekeeping and guest liaison
• Share in the care of animals (alpacas and chickens)

Requirements

• Groundsman and/or maintenance skills
