About the role

The Sr. Business Analyst will report to the [Position Title] in the Digital Product Management department. This role is responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing data, and developing data-driven solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate current processes, uncover areas for improvement, and design effective solutions to optimize business operations.

• Evaluate and test the system throughout the implementation phases
• Conduct on-going analysis and monitoring of processes
• Assist with change management efforts

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fintech or health verticals
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Sciences, Communication, or Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• MBA or Master's degree preferred
• Six Sigma Certification preferred

Skills & Abilities

• Proactive, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of product development processes and Agile methodologies
• Experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
• Understanding of key business drivers, financial metrics, and industry trends
• Experience creating user stories, workflows and process maps
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
