Retirement Services Sales Representative

About the role

In this role, you will sell ADP’s Retirement Services 401(k) solutions. With top-notch sales training, you’ll connect with new and existing clients to sell products that help millions of employees prepare for retirement. Every sales process is different—each client interaction and day brings new challenges and rewards.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business while growing your own by closing sales, winning new business, and meeting sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing targeted sales strategies for decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts to capture additional business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network.
• Collaborate daily with teams across your assigned geography to execute sales strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience, including prospecting and territory management.
• Upbeat, persistent style with strong cold-calling, time management, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other ADP Sales Associates.
• Strong relationship-building skills, integrity, and a track record of delivering on promises.
• A college degree is not required; 2+ years of quota-carrying outside business-to-business sales experience is acceptable.
• Military experience is valued and considered equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates without licensing may be considered pending completion within the first 45 days of employment.

Pay

Base salary: USD $50,100.00 – USD $99,800.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirements under federal, state, and local laws. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
