• Working knowledge of administration of retirement plan design, terminology, regulations and procedures
• Working knowledge of Retirement Plan Services (RPS) operations, capabilities, and product offerings
• Highly resourceful and a critical thinker
• Action-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and maintains relationships, both internally and externally
• Strong communication skills
• Learning agility and stays informed of the company's products and services, policies and procedures and applicable regulations and legal requirements

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary Range: San Antonio - $63,180-$101,088
  Orange County - $76,882-$123,011
  Indianapolis - $67,293-$107,669
• Individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings
