  • Working knowledge of administration of retirement plan design, terminology, regulations and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Retirement Plan Services (RPS) operations, capabilities, and product offerings
  • Highly resourceful and a critical thinker
  • Action-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative and maintains relationships, both internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Learning agility and stay informed of the company's products and services, policies and procedures and applicable regulations and legal requirements
  • ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) Certificate
  • 401(k), 401(b) Retirement Plan Knowledge
  • QKA, QKC industry credentials (plus)

Pay

  • San Antonio Base Salary Range: $63,180-$101,088
  • Orange County Base Salary Range: $76,882-$123,011
  • Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $67,293-$107,669

Benefits

  • Per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings
