Responsibilities

  • Manage HTK’s retirement plan platforms, including web applications and billing support
  • Stay updated on regulatory compliance related to retirement plans, particularly ERISA
  • Engage with financial professionals to align their practices with HTK’s offerings
  • Organize quarterly business review meetings with retirement plan providers
  • Conduct due diligence on approved providers and their responses to HTK's questionnaires

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline required
  • 5-7 years of financial services experience, preferably as a retirement plan specialist/consultant
  • Strong knowledge of qualified plan industry and ERISA regulations
  • Detailed understanding of various investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Prioritizeable proven ability to build cross-organizational relationships

Pay

$115,000 – $130,000 annually
