Responsibilities
- Manage HTK’s retirement plan platforms, including web applications and billing support
- Stay updated on regulatory compliance related to retirement plans, particularly ERISA
- Engage with financial professionals to align their practices with HTK’s offerings
- Organize quarterly business review meetings with retirement plan providers
- Conduct due diligence on approved providers and their responses to HTK's questionnaires
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline required
- 5-7 years of financial services experience, preferably as a retirement plan specialist/consultant
- Strong knowledge of qualified plan industry and ERISA regulations
- Detailed understanding of various investment products such as mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
- Prioritizeable proven ability to build cross-organizational relationships

$115,000 – $130,000 annually
