Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file annual Form 5500 returns and all related schedules.
- C Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, etc.).
- Interpret and apply ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations to retirement plans.
- Coordinate with plan sponsors, auditors, and consultants to resolve compliance issues.
- Consult on plan designs.
- Maintain accurate records of filings and compliance testing results.
- Stay current with regulatory updates and communicate changes to the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in ERISA compliance, Non-Discrimination Testing, and Form 5500 preparation required.
- Experience with FT William software in both compliance and 5500 modules required.
- Experience with PensionPro or other pension related platforms.
- In-depth understanding of IRS and DOL regulations related to qualified plans.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications such as: Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, file compliance, and accuracy
- ASPPA or CEBS designation (QKA, QPA, or CPC) strongly desirable
Pay Transparency Statement
The anticipated pay range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually.
