Retirement Plan Advisor, Workplace Wealth Solutions
About the role
We are looking for someone knowledgeable about investment concepts and passionate about building relationships to deliver a full suite of retirement plan consulting services. This includes fiduciary investment advice, investment reporting, plan provider search support, fee benchmarking, and comprehensive annual reviews.
The role involves supporting senior advisors in the delivery and execution of these services, providing subject-matter expertise throughout the sales process, and delivering advice using a consistent, documented service model. Additionally, the role requires building technical expertise under the guidance of senior team members and supporting the preparation and execution of annual account and quarterly investment reviews.
Other responsibilities include partnering with plan providers to resolve plan-level issues, evaluating plan features, and ensuring a smooth operational experience. The role also involves evaluating participant education programs and recommending strategies to increase engagement, participation, and retirement readiness, as well as driving client satisfaction and retention by identifying client needs and supporting cross-sell opportunities within Workplace Wealth Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a full suite of retirement plan consulting services, including fiduciary investment advice, investment reporting, plan provider search support, fee benchmarking, and comprehensive annual reviews
- Support senior advisors in the delivery and execution of these services
- Provide subject-matter expertise throughout the sales process and deliver advice using a consistent, documented service model
- Build technical expertise under the guidance of senior team members
- Support preparation and execution of annual account and quarterly investment reviews, ensuring fiduciary documentation is complete and aligned with each client’s Investment Policy Statement
- Partner with plan providers to resolve plan-level issues, evaluate plan features, and ensure a smooth operational experience
- Evaluate participant education programs and recommend strategies to increase engagement, participation, and retirement readiness
- Drive client satisfaction and retention by identifying client needs and supporting cross-sell opportunities within Workplace Wealth Solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years in an institutional or client-facing role at a financial services firm or within a retirement plan consulting environment
- Working knowledge of investment concepts, fiduciary standards, and retirement plan operations (plan design, payroll integrations, compliance testing, disclosures, etc.)
- Strong relationship-management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- FINRA Series 7 and 66
- Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist and/or Investment Management Essentials certificate (or ability to obtain within 120 days)

Pay
The indicative gross base salary range for this role is USD 90,000 - 120,000 per annum. The expected salary will be determined by relevant factors, including role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
