Retirement Income Advisor (Hybrid)
The Role
You came here for a reason. Most experienced advisors we meet are working through some version of these challenges:
- "Half my week is still finding the meetings."
- "My income lives or dies on how loud I market."
- "I'm paying for pipeline that doesn't fit."
- "When did I last spend a full day actually advising?"
Responsibilities
You spend your hours on the conversation and the plan. The rest is somebody else's job.
- A real day is three or four planning conversations.
- No cold calls. No referral begging. No paid-for leads that don't fit.
- Pre-scheduled by marketing. You don't build the pipe.
- Your job is to put the dice down, and then sit beside them for the next twenty years while life keeps moving.
