Retired educator/In-home learning coach

About the role

A dynamic and experienced educator with a passion for in-home learning is needed to lead a team of coaches. The ideal candidate will inspire students to reach their full potential while providing personalized support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students
• Provide daily academic support and guidance to students
• Collaborate with families to ensure student success
• Attend weekly team meetings to discuss progress and strategies
• Assess student progress and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• Experience working with students in an in-home setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of educational technology tools
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Passion for making a difference in students' lives
