Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls per day from customers considering policy cancellations.
- Identify reasons for potential cancellations and present tailored solutions to retain the customer.
- Effectively communicate product benefits, promotions, and retention offers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve retention strategies.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retention within a B2C environment is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced inbound call environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
