Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls per day from customers considering policy cancellations.
  • Identify reasons for potential cancellations and present tailored solutions to retain the customer.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits, promotions, and retention offers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve retention strategies.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during every customer interaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retention within a B2C environment is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced inbound call environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
