Retention Coordinator

About the role

As our Retention Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind every email, SMS, and push notification we send. You'll take full ownership of our retention calendar, building and launching campaigns with the kind of precision that lets our Retention team focus on strategy, not spot-checking your work.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, schedule, and QA every email, SMS, and push campaign from start to finish
• Treat every send as a chance to grow revenue, with a goal of 30% growth in retention channels this year
• Brief and coordinate with our Design and Copy teams early, so no campaign is ever late
• Keep our database clean and healthy, aiming for 99.5% delivery or better
• Catch errors before they go out, not after
• Share a monthly report on what's working and what's not, with real takeaways the team can act on
• Use AI tools to move faster on copy drafts, subject line tests, and QA, always reviewing before anything goes live

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• A completed Bachelor's degree
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfort working independently and owning your calendar without close supervision
• Bonus: experience with Postscript (SMS)
• Bonus: familiarity with beauty, haircare, or skincare trends
