Retal Sales Associate (Part Time)

Introduction to Grand Lè Mar Grand Lè Mar is a Swedish menswear brand with a focus on tailoring. With a strong brand and online presence, we recently opened our New York City store and are now looking for engaged part-time Retail Sales Associates who understand our brand and can confidently represent it with customers.Your responsibilities will include selling ready-to-wear garments, creating alteration tickets in our digital system, and guiding customers through our Custom Made service, for which training will be provided. You’ll also play an essential role in keeping the store clean, maintaining its presentation, and supporting day-to-day operations. Our webshop: www.grandlemar.com Our Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/grandlemar/ What you will do: Selling Ready-to-Wear garments and accessories.Selling Custom Made garments and services.Assisting customers during fittings and appointments.Creating and managing tailoring tickets.Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and day-to-day operation of the store. This includes visual merchandizing.Managing inventory and inbound shipments. Assisting with events, trunk shows, pop-ups, photoshoots, and other Company activities.Performing any other duties reasonably assigned by the Company. Qualifications Requirements: Experience in retail operations. Naturally driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to take initiative, pursue results and maintain a strong sales mentality in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within a collaborative, service-driven team.Organized, dependable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Comfort working in a fast-paced showroom environment while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor.Genuine interest in fashion, craftsmanship and the visual expression of a tailoring brand.Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods based on business needs.A high level of professional English proficiency is required, as the role includes frequent communication with both internal teams and clients.
