About the role
As a Sales Associate, you will be a key part of the customer experience, representing the Spring Step brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge.
- Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
