About the Role

This role focuses on mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and priority brands within National Accounts Off Premise. Key responsibilities include the technical execution of M&A integration and volume acceleration, ensuring smooth onboarding and transitions, and identifying untapped volume opportunities within the existing National Account universe.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and manage all information required for seamless M&A integration and onboarding.
  • Identify and pursue untapped volume opportunities within the National Account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with national and regional account managers to execute sell-in, pricing, item setup, tracking, measuring results, and closing gaps.
  • Contribute to the growth of high-potential brands and help the team reach its full potential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service aptitude and ability to work with all organizational levels, from field staff to executive management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Background in distributor and/or broker sales management.
  • Experience with alcoholic beverages or direct-store-delivery (DSD) categories.
