Retailer Coordinator

We are seeking a full‑time, hands‑on Retailer Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day processing of our grocery orders and ensure seamless integration between RxDiet and our retail partners. This role will have a big impact on a small team by ensuring operational accuracy and strong communication inside and outside the company. The position may require outbound phone calls to retailers and is fully remote within the United States. Applicants must be living in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Instrumental in maintaining accurate retailer data
• Handling refund requests with retailers
• Resolving integration and fulfillment issues
• Processing member orders with multiple retailers
• Ensuring RxDiet members have a smooth, reliable experience

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing and/or order management in an e‑Commerce operation
• Experience working directly with processing orders at a store level, preferably grocery stores like Instacart or Walmart
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Previous experience working with retailers on the phone and/or through the app
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude and startup mindset
• Interest in food‑as‑medicine, startups, and community health

Pay

$33,000 – $38,000 per year
