About the role

As a Retail Wireless Store Manager at CP4L in Cicero, NY, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect plan, phone, and accessories. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional service and managing the store's operations.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the right plan, phone, and accessories
• Deliver exceptional service to customers
• Manage store operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service
• Train and motivate staff to achieve store goals

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred retail/sales/customer service experience
• Wireless experience preferred but training provided

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

Pay

Base pay range: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time position, 32-40 hours per week
