About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate counts and proper storage.
• Handle incoming donations, sorting and preparing items for resale.
• Assist in the production process, including packaging and labeling items for sale.
• Support customer service efforts by greeting visitors and answering questions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, warehousing, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
