Responsibilities

• Manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Handle donations, sorting, and processing items for resale.
• Support production processes, including packing and labeling items for distribution.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Experience in a retail or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.15 - $22.60 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
