The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory and merchandise sorting
• Assist in the preparation of donations for resale
• Support customer service inquiries and needs
• Participate in warehouse operations and production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer service orientation

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse environments preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer operations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
