About the role
The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Handle donations and process returns
- Assist in the sorting and packaging of items for resale
- Support the customer service team during store operations
- Participate in warehouse and production activities as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills

Qualifications
- Experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred
