About the role
The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
- Handle donations and process returns
- Assist customers with finding items they need
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Support warehouse operations and production processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
