About the role
The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Handle donations and sorting inventory
- Assist customers with purchases and returns
- Manage stock levels and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Support warehouse operations and production processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
