About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Handle donations, sorting, and processing items for resale.
• Work closely with donors to ensure a positive donation experience.
• Support production processes, including packaging and labeling items for sale.
• Engage with customers, assisting with returns, exchanges, and inquiries.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.

Pay
