About the role
The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Handle inventory and merchandise management tasks
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and stocking products
- Work closely with donors and community partners to ensure donations are accepted and processed efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized environment for customers
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or warehouse environments is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Pass a background check

Pay
