The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is part of a larger mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Process donations and ensure proper sorting and storage
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer literacy

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures and policies
