Retail Warehouse & Production Associate

About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory and merchandise in the warehouse and production areas.
• Assist with donations and sorting of items.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• Support the customer service team by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
