Responsibilities

• Handle inventory management tasks including receiving, sorting, and storing donated items.
• Assist in the production process, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Support customer service efforts by interacting with donors and customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Participate in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration and support during peak seasons and events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
