About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by ensuring the smooth operation of the retail and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory management tasks including receiving, sorting, and storing donations.
• Assist in the preparation of merchandise for display in the retail stores.
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse and production areas.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a warehouse or production setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Schedule

Shifts may vary based on department needs, typically ranging from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
