Responsibilities

• Handle inventory management tasks including receiving, sorting, and storing donations.
• Assist in the processing of returned items and ensure they are properly handled according to company policies.

• Support the sales process by assisting customers and answering questions about products and services.
• Contribute to the overall success of the store through teamwork and collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience in retail, warehouse operations, or similar field preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Positions are available full-time and part-time, with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
