Responsibilities
- Handle donations and sorting inventory
- Assist customers in finding items they need
- Manage stock levels and restock shelves
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Support the smooth operation of the warehouse and production areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Pass a background check
