Responsibilities

• Handle inventory management tasks including sorting, tagging, and organizing items.
• Assist in the production process by preparing items for sale.
• Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Work closely with donors to facilitate the donation process.
• Support team members by providing assistance and guidance as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
