The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Thrift Proud by ensuring the smooth operation of the retail and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory and merchandise management tasks
• Assist in the sorting and processing of donations
• Support customer service needs in the warehouse and production areas
• Participate in team-building activities and cross-departmental initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Customer service orientation

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail or warehouse environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer operations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
