About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations and sort items for resale
• Assist customers in finding items they need
• Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness of the warehouse
• Support the sales process and provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Good organizational and attention to detail skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 depending on job duties and position.
