Responsibilities

• Manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.
• Handle donations, sorting and preparing items for resale.
• Assist customers in finding items they need, providing exceptional service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support production processes, including packing and labeling items for distribution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, warehousing, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
